Why Choose Midland?

What makes Midland different from other schools?

Environment- The students at Midland are welcoming, warm and friendly. They are also involved in planning spiritual activities, and have a Christ-centered outlook.

Student Committees- Midland offers several different student-led organizations, including Chapel Committee, Student Association, Yearbook Team, and Diversity (select choir). Midland also offers Varsity Basketball, Volleyball, and Baseball.

Academics- The teachers at Midland do an excellent job of preparing academy students for higher education. If a student seems to be struggling with a particular concept, teachers will go out of their way to help them understand it.

Broken Arrow Ranch

At the beginning of each school year, the academy students go on a retreat to Broken Arrow Ranch. They jet ski, hang out, and compete against other classes in a variety of activities. This year the devotional speakers were Mrs. Hoffman and Mr. Donovan.

Students compete in an annual tug-of-war between classes.

Upon arrival, Student Associate President Mikey Archibeque updates students on what will be happening in the next few days.

Studens also participate in an annual sand-sculpture competition.

During free time, classes meet with their sponsors to discuss competition strategies, as well as class officers and class planning.
